Coward's is dressed with unique art and antiques that complement its feel of timeless elegance and charm. The bedrooms are bright, airy, immaculately presented and well equipped with television, generous hospitality tray, fridge and radio alarm, and how civilised to be able to take late breakfast in the dining room off which there is a pleasing patio garden with tables and chairs. Gerry is a lovable character, excellent host and a mine of information regarding all the gay scene and special not-so-well-known places to visit in Brighton, and Gerry can provide concessions to some fabulous gay clubs and saunas in Brighton. What a fabulously friendly and gay stay with Gerry and his team of staff. |

After being welcomed by a friendly member of staff I met Karl, the friendly, professional and enthusiastic owner whose talent for style was evident everywhere: incredibly comfortable beds, a stunning selection of rooms, thoughtful little touches which are so important for making you feel that you have made the right choice. All this is wrapped with contemporary decor and furnishings that simply ooze a soft, minimalist panache. Once inside, the eye is drawn to the beautiful decor, furnishings and period props that just make this immaculate house so special. The bedrooms are a delight with balcony rooms from which you get a cheeky views of the sea through the geraniums. The two smashing hosts here are Andy and Matt who have left nothing to chance from the very generous welcome tray to the fluffy white bathrobes and slippers. Please do remember to leave room for the breakfasts. |
